The sports bra
If you'e read any of my other posts you might know one of my New Year's resolutions was to wear a sports bra to the gym and not feel really bad about it. Well guess what, three weeks in and I have already achieved that, my figure has literally not changed, (maybe a bit of help for my ab workout ) but I feel way more confident and honestly don't care what anyone thinks any more. And really, everyone focuses on themselves, the don't have time to judge others. To celebrate this mini-victory in my life I would like compile all my favourite sports bras right now.
